Unfortunately due to the current situation gripping the UK the decision has been made to postpone the event. The awards will now take place on Friday November 27th 2020. This decision has been made so that everyone can full enjoy the awards.
The awards are to celebrate learners across the region, as well as the businesses and providers that have worked to provide opportunities in the Greater Birmingham area.
BirminghamLive editor Anna Jeys said: “This has not been an easy decision to take but we felt that, in the current climate, it was most definitely the correct one.
“We have already received dozens of excellent nominations to the awards after they launched in February and we hope that this extended entry period will enable and encourage more people to submit their forms.
“The awards in November will be a wonderful celebration of the city region’s apprenticeship movement and community and a fitting and upbeat end to what has already been an exceptionally challenging year.”
The closing date is now the 3rd of July.
