New website for Ladder for Greater Birmingham
Leading multi-organisation champion for apprenticeships the Ladder for Greater Birmingham has launched a new website to help more people into work in the UK’s second city.
The new website www.ladderforbirmingham.co.uk has been unveiled to provide information for young people, parents, employers and training providers looking at paid vocational training as the next step in employment.

Working with employers and training providers, the Ladder team promotes the apprenticeship brand while improving skills and employment opportunities across the region.

The website has information including questions and answer sections, detailed backgrounds on the routes to securing an apprenticeship and the opportunities for employers and training partners who want to be part of the Ladder offer.

The new website also includes information for schools looking to support young people into apprenticeships as they make their first steps into employment.

Ladder for Birmingham Ladder Apprenticeship Manager Justine Johnson, who worked on the project to relaunch the website, said:

“We feel passionately that apprenticeships can change lives so it is great to be able to launch a new website packed with information for anyone wanting to know more.

“The Ladder aims to help more young people, employers and training providers to benefit from increase skills and careers opportunities in the UK’s second city in 2022 and beyond.

“We look forward to engaging with more people after they visit our website to find out more about the ways forward for them.”
