Apprentices from across Greater Birmingham
The finalists for our 2021 Greater Birmingham Apprenticeship Awards are revealed.

The finalists for our 2021 Greater Birmingham Apprenticeship Awards can be revealed.

Apprentices from across Greater Birmingham working in sectors such as construction, professional services and healthcare will be recognised alongside employers and training providers.

A total of 12 separate awards will be handed out at our ceremony next month including our overall Apprentice of the Year – read the full shortlist below.

The awards are run by BirminghamLive in partnership with the Ladder for Greater Birmingham campaign which is creating hundreds of new apprenticeship roles across the city region.

Kevin Davis, chairman of the Ladder campaign and chief executive of the Vine Trust, said: “I’m very much looking forward to holding our Birmingham awards in person.

“The judging was very tough, given the range of talent, but I’m confident we have made the right final decisions and I trust you will agree when we see you in person.

“Events like these are important for raising awareness and the confidence in the region’s resilient response to our recovery efforts.”
