Creating new apprenticeships
Celebrating success
Our annual apprenticeship awards celebrate achievement across the region in a range of categories for individuals, employers and training providers. The awards, which are run with our media partners BirminghamLive and BusinessLive, celebrate individual excellence with recognition for companies and training providers.
The Ladder for Greater Birmingham offers a collaborative, joined-up approach to improving skills and enrichment opportunities for all, particularly for the young and disadvantaged. We link up employers, training providers and candidates to give all the best chance of success in upskilling and employment.

We bring candidates and training providers together with employers

Companies that invest in an apprenticeship scheme often find that they are increasing productivity of their company whilst providing the skilled workers required for the future to keep business thriving.
